This explains what happens to the details you send to 2204 Labs, through the contact form or by email, and what you can ask me to do with them. It's short because I collect very little.
2204 Labs is a trading name of T. Addo, a sole trader based in the UK. I'm responsible for your personal data (the “controller”).
Contact: [email protected]
I don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and I don't buy or sell contact lists.
| What for | Lawful basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote | Steps you've asked for before a contract, and legitimate interests |
| Delivering a project you've agreed to | Contract |
| Invoices and accounting records | Legal obligation (tax law) |
I won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing. You'll only hear from me about the enquiry or project you contacted me about.
A few services help run the website and email. They only process your data on my instructions:
Some of these providers may handle data outside the UK. Where they do, they use legally recognised safeguards, such as the UK's approved data transfer agreements. I'll only share your details with anyone else if the law requires it.
The site doesn't set tracking cookies. It stores one setting in your browser — whether you chose light or dark mode — so it's remembered next time. That stays on your device and isn't sent to me.
You can ask me to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how I use it, object to how I use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Email [email protected] and I'll reply within a month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
If anything here changes, I'll update this page and the date below.
